C# Job System: Using DOTS with Managed C# APIs
Uploaded by Thousand AntShare: Twitter Facebook
In this video from Porrith Suong, content developer at Thousand Ant, we continue to look at using DOTS to create flocking effects, and dive into unsafe C# to utilize pointers to managed C# arrays for the Job System.
This approach allows us to continue to use parts of the DOTS ecosystem while still being able to interact with managed C# APIs. It also helps with parallel processing, and getting work onto multiple Unity threads.
