This is why YOU NEED A CONTRACT #shorts

For example, we're doing a job together and I say "I'm hiring you to do this", but if we get halfway through, "Hey, the work that you're delivering, it just really isn't the right fit for the project. We need to stop working together without delivering the full project."

Well, then there should be some clear language in the contract.

Do you get paid for the first half? Do you get to keep the money that you got so far?

That'll just be spelled out. So there's no hard feelings we say, okay. Yeah, we're going to pay you out what we agreed.

And we're going to, basically, we say it's really clear what we've agreed to do.
