Unity3D Tutorial - Should you use a rigidbody or a character controller for your player character in Unity 3D? I don't know, but here's a bunch of information to help you decide!
One thing I forgot to mention is that character controllers tend to never glitch through walls during frame rate drops. Rigidbodies sometimes do if your fixed timestep is too low or if there's a frame rate drop.
